Using Creative Therapies
Together, in the first one to three sessions, we develop a plan to get you from where you are to where you want to be. This is like plotting a route on the map of your own internal landscape, so the content and goals that come out of the session is unique to the individual.
Changing your life requires deep loving commitment to yourself, including the parts you're not so fond of. Sometimes it will look a lot like talk therapy. We also use nonverbal creative, playful, and embodied techniques from drama therapy and somatic movement therapy, I support you to weave transformative practices into your daily life.
